Virtual Ashridge wins gold at the Learning Performance Institute Awards
Ashridge Executive Education’s e-learning product, Virtual Ashridge, has won Gold at the Learning Performance Institute Awards for Learning Technology 2014.
Held at the Dorchester House in London, Virtual Ashridge topped an impressive category of international brands such as McDonalds, PwC and Deutsche Post to win this prestigious award.
In winning the award category, the judges commented:
“Whilst Ashridge has a great reputation for executive education, the management college is less well known for innovation - at least, until now! Its Virtual Ashridge product provides a rich functionality platform for the multi-channel deployment of the organisations’ renowned content that embodies 6 C's - creation, curation, classification, commercialisation, collaboration and context. By providing the School with the flexibility, capability and content to satisfy a demanding pool of global learners, Virtual Ashridge is an outstanding example of the way in which Learning Technologies can transform an organisation's business model.”
Ashridge’s Learning Services Director stated:
“This is a magnificent result for a highly skilled team dedicated and devoted to pushing the boundaries of learning technology whilst maximising user engagement. We now provide customised e-learning solutions to nearly 1 million learners worldwide and the ultimate testament of their success comes both from the voice of our clients and now the voice of the Learning Industry. We are honoured by the award and look forward to building on this success with further innovations over the next year.”
