Learn from real business leaders

We help people and organisations to gain competitive advantage. We take pride in working in partnership with some of the world’s leading organisations in tackling the complex challenges they face, such as formulating and implementing strategic development, leadership and change.

Unique learning environment

With the exception of our 100% online programmes, classes are largely based at the stunning Ashridge campus in the heart of National Trust woodland. This relaxing environment gives you that rare space you need to think, reflect on your learning and plan your next steps.

Truly international

We encourage a diversity of perspectives and points of view among our participants and our programmes consist of people from a variety of industries, job roles and nationalities.

Practical approach

Ashridge adopts an interactive and practical learning approach by having smaller classes. There is a strong emphasis on group work and discussions as opposed to traditional lecture-style classes.

Ashridge faculty

Ashridge faculty include high-achieving business and academic professionals who have a passion for developing leaders. We are not traditional academics. Most of us have extensive international experience, which means we are fully immersed in the everyday issues and challenges you face.

We incorporate our personal leadership and consulting experience into your classes to ensure your learning is a blend of practical application with robust academic insight.
