Flexible solutions for your organisation

We are working with a growing number of organisations to provide their high potential employees with the opportunity to start with the Ashridge Postgraduate Certificate in Management which is the first level of this qualification. With four entry points each year and a ‘pay-as-you-go’ option, this gives you maximum flexibility to build it into your existing development programmes.

On completion of the Postgraduate Certificate in Management, high potential employees can progress onto the Postgraduate Diploma in Management and finally complete the Master’s Project and be awarded the Ashridge Executive Masters in Management qualification. This three-stage journey can take as little as two years.

Your organisation will benefit considerably, not just once participants have completed the programme, but also while they are studying.

The Ashridge Executive Masters in Management and its postgraduate stages have been designed to be as flexible as possible and tailored to your business: You can choose which stage to enrol your participants onto and you can add stages as you go – your participants therefore have the option to progress through the Postgraduate Certificate, onto the Diploma and finally the Masters.

  • Participants may take breaks or exit the programme between stages to fit in with your in-company development programme, busy work schedules and life events
  • Your organisation can fit the programme into the staged development of your managers
  • All learning and assignments are based on your organisation, enabling benefits from tailored consultancy throughout the programme
  • The online Learning Zone gives your organisation access to thousands of industry journals, articles and competitive information to improve strategy and plans
  • Online, self-directed study means participants can focus on learning that is relevant and meaningful to them, at a time and place that suits them, without interfering with their day-to-day work
  • Payment for the programme is made at the start of each stage, enabling you to spread the investment. This also allows you to sponsor participants at different stages.

“I had done a short internship with Ashridge in 2009 and been impressed with the standard of its teaching and the practical approach to management problems. I have reaped the benefits at work. I hope that by analysing our operations in a different way, I have been able to improve our bottom-line performance.

Henk Nagel, Director of Professional Services, Northern Region, CommVault (Netherlands)

“I liked the fact that you can customise the curriculum to your needs whilst still maintaining academic rigour and structure. Being able to study remotely is hugely valuable”

Stephanie Roux-Rousselle, Consultant in Change Management (France)

“I commenced employment straight from school and have built a very rewarding career. However, I lack any formal qualifications beyond GCSE and feel this could be the differentiator if my career were to take a different avenue moving forward.”

Adrian Davies, Network Area Director, Barclays

“I wanted to improve my knowledge of business expertise beyond my current scope and demonstrate my knowledge by possessing a world-recognised qualification. I was also keen to build on the programmes I had already completed with Ashridge as I recognised the quality of the school.”

Riccardo Sebastiano Piaggi, Group Head of Organization and Development, Parmalat S.p.A.
