The Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Supervision is a two year part-time programme structured around three modules. 

The first two modules comprise a series of six intensive workshops. Each workshop lasts two days. The third is the accreditation module. Module dates are as follows:

Module 1: Advanced Coaching Supervision Programme

The overall purpose of Module 1 is to develop your supervision competence in the area of coaching supervision, bringing together a variety of psychological theories and models and understanding of the art of reflection and self-reflection (‘reflexivity’), with a view to integrating them into your existing coaching supervision work or to create a foundation upon which to build a coaching supervision practice. There are three two-day workshops.

Module 2: Advanced Organisation Development Supervision

This module looks at the role and impact of a supervisor working with an organisation. You will either work with the organisation’s internal consultants or directly on the organisation’s learning agenda and strategies. There are three two-day worshops.

Module 3: Supervisor Accreditation Process

Module 3 consists of the Ashridge Supervisor Accreditation Process. Its aim is to provide a rigorous peer assessment of the competence of the coaching and organisation-development supervisor on all seven supervision accreditation criteria that are used for assessment throughout the Ashridge Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Supervision. Ashridge Accreditation involves the assessment of your skills, knowledge, understanding and experience in supervision practice.
