Offers of admission are made on a rolling basis, in line with the next available start date, unless a later start date has been requested by the applicant. We advise you to apply early to ensure your application is processed in good time before the programme start date and to allow for any necessary preparatory work.
Before applying, please ensure you have decided how you are going to fund your studies.
As part of the application process, you should provide electronic or physical copies of all degree and professional certificates that are referenced in your application form.
For entry onto this programme, you will need:
A first degree, equivalent academic award, or evidence of appropriate conceptual and study skills
At least five years’ experience in an organisational intervention role
The ability to reflect and learn from your own actions and experiences
The motivation to participate in a peer learning community and some awareness of your own emotional and behavioural process.
The Ashridge Masters in Organisational Change has been designed for experienced practitioners who wish to develop their ability to work effectively in organisations. You are likely to be a change agent, leader of change, facilitator, internal or external consultant/advisor, or a management consultant.
All applicants will be required to take a form of admissions test as part of their application process; either the Ashridge admissions test or the GMAT. The admissions team will be able to advise on this further, as appropriate.
Interviews are not automatically required, however in certain circumstances where we require further information, we may invite candidates to interview with a member of the faculty team. Interviews can be conducted in person at Ashridge or online via Skype video call.
1. To register your interest in applying, email our admissions team. We will then let you know when the application portal is open for you to complete an online application.
2. Arrange an interview (this step may not be required). Once your application has been received, we may contact you to arrange an interview. If relevant, your interview would either be via Skype or ideally, in person at Ashridge.
3. Receive an offer. Depending on the outcome of the review of your application and the interview (if relevant), you may receive an offer of a place on the programme, together with an acceptance form. To confirm your place on the programme, you will need to sign and return your Acceptance Form to Ashridge with your deposit of £500. The deposit is deducted from the total programme fee, from your last payment.
