The MBA is dead - part 2: long live the MBL
Following on from Part 1, this article outlines how the MBA needs to reinvent itself for the 21st century by becoming the 'MBA for MBA's' alias the 'MBL'. By refocussing on leadership development and the development of the individual as a leader, the MBL takes the toolkit and knowledge base traditionally covered by an MBA as a given, and looks at increasing the personal capital of the individual in their organisation.
