The Challenge of Change for Public Sector Leaders
The chapter draws on the Public Management Index (PMI) inspired by design of the Ashridge Management Index (AMI), continuing research on the real lives of Ashridge participants. The results show many positive messages of ways public servants are taking on the challenges faced in the public sector and offer new perspectives on sharing ideas to address their leadership issues and enhance public service delivery.
