Surviving with values - a practical model for leaders
New Ashridge research by Inge Woudstra-Van Grondelle finds leaders can keep their moral values and be successful. Leaders interviewed find that using their moral values as a guide helps them take consistent and fast decisions under great pressure. It helps them build trust and loyalty in their teams, thus building performance. Based on literature and interviews, the report gives a model and practical guidelines for leaders who would like to bring their moral values into their leadership. A series of worked out case examples provide a powerful source of inspiration.
