Surfing the tides of change: How strategy canvassing is transforming business at Harrow College
This case study provides insight into how strategy canvassing was used in a part of Harrow College to define and execute strategy in an inclusive manner, so that people at all levels were able to pull on the same rope, at the same time, and in the same direction in the face of uncertainty and rapid change.
