This collection of customer insights represents individual snapshots in the employer responsiveness journeys of a small group of experienced and committed training providers. The studies are the product of research carried out over several months, involving telephone and face-to-face interviews with colleges and private providers. The publication is fronted by an introduction reflecting on the work of Ashridge Education and Skills.
