Programme evaluation as action learning: A case study of process and outcomes in a tailored executive development programme

In this presentation at the Action Learning conference, I argue that programme evaluation presents an opportunity to conduct an action learning set, based on experience in conducting an evaluation of a tailored programme at Ashridge.
