New Learning for a New World

The article investigates the rapidly changing learning and development needs of successful leaders, the skills needed to genuinely customise executive education and the increasingly comples learning processes sought by leaders to help them meet the intense competitve challenges of global business. The article draws on the current research of the Ashridge Centre for Research Executive Development (CRED) and predicts further rapid changes in learning needs business schools must prepare to take on in the future.
