Learning & Developing with Generation Y
Ashridge has a vital research interest in Generation Y, those born since 1982. This includes practical work with school pupils. Today’s education often fails to prepare them for the new world of work and they must begin learning more about leadership skills earlier, to give them a head start competing for jobs in a global marketplace. Local multi-national clients like GE Healthcare, GSK and Tesco want more than academic attainment they want leadership, teamwork and creativity from their new talent.
