Expatriate Adjustment - Systematic Extensions to Theory
This paper reviews and explores the notion of expatriate adjustment. In doing so, it clarifies the terminology in use and explores some of the under-researched dimensions of expatriate adjustment. It outlines the elements of a dynamic model of the adjustment process and includes a focus on family adjustment.
