Across Europe today countries are faced with the challenge of how to create an inclusive labour market that utilises the resources of all citizens and ensures social cohesion. Especially issues pertaining to the disproportionate unemployment rate of ethnic minority groups are high on the political agenda. This report offers 16 case studies of innovative public-private partnerships in France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Germany.
