Creativity and Performance: Mastering the Link

Lucy Kung, Ashridge Research Fellow, recently presented her research into creativity and performance to a group of media industry executives at an off-the-record roundtable event. Though the participants represented very different parts of the burgeoning communications and content industries, she was struck by how readily they identified with the key findings.
