The application of Teach Back methodology in executive education
The 'teach it back' technique has been shown to be successful in facilitating learning in health education through its impact on retention of information and behaviour change. This study aims to explore whether this technique can facilitate retention of information, transfer of learning and behavioural change for participants attending executive development programmes.
