Exploring the virtual learning experience on the Masters in Management programme
The purpose of this project was to increase our understanding of the virtual learning experience on the Ashridge Masters in Management programme (eMiM) as perceived by learner, and to understand how they have applied their learning at work. In particular, the project aimed to identify what students perceived as positive and negative aspects of virtual learning.
The project also sought to understand the different factors that contribute to, and inhibit, the application of learning in the work environment. The project combined surveys, interviews and both qualitative and quantitative analyses.
This project is now complete.
