Engagement Through CEO Eyes: a global study

Building on the success of the first CEO Engagement study, this second phase of work, again in partnership with Engage for Success, is looking to test the barriers model outlined in the original research among a global population of CEOs. By understanding and measuring these barriers, we hope that one key outcome of the work will be to inform leadership development in current and future generations of leaders.

This research project is currently in design and scoping phase.
