Vanessa Helps

Vanessa is an organisational and personal change consultant with directors and senior managers in higher education and the public and private sector. She is an accredited executive coach and an experienced facilitator of intact, project and learning groups. Clients include the Universities of Sussex, Southampton, Middlesex and Keele; Barclays, Essex County Council, Heathrow Airport, the Institute of Psychiatry and Sadara. In the last two years she has worked in Europe, China and Saudi Arabia.

Her working life began in retailing as Staff Manager for Bentalls, with responsibility for over 400 employees. Branch and regional management development with Abbey National (now Santander) followed by Associate at the National School of Government.

Vanessa has a first degree in Social Science, a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology and is qualified to Level B with the British Psychological Society. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
