Tanja Levine

Tanja joined Ashridge in 2015 and serves as Managing Director for DACH & our wider Continental Europe region – she is based in Geneva, Switzerland, and has over 20 years of  international business experience in Fortune 500s and SMEs across EMEA, Asia, the US and Latin-America. Tanja serves on the board of the Marketing and Sales Association in Switzerland, and is a  member of the Global Board Ready Women group. She also pursues with passion charity and non-profit  work for the Lions association and the Clinton Global Initiative.

Tanja worked for over 12 years in the fast moving consumer goods industry in senior leadership roles at Fortune500 company Procter & Gamble, growing P&G’s multi-billion dollar brand portfolio. In the past four years prior to joining Ashridge, Tanja worked at Hult International Business School where she was a member of the academic MBA re-design team and headed the global business development and consultancy team.

Tanja is passionate about the co-creation of value – specifically with regard to how to help accelerate innovation and growth,  and how to drive a high-impact,  learning-agile culture of collaboration. Tanja is a certified Learning Agility Coach from viaEdge Lominger/Korn Ferry for high potential talent, and also holds a Certificate in Advanced Organization Design from  Ashridge.

Tanja has a Masters in International Economic Sciences through dual studies in the United States and Austria, with a specialisation in International Business, Marketing Strategy & Finance. She also has a global postgraduate executive MBA Honors 2:1 from Hult International Business School, having studied in Sao Paolo Brazil, Shanghai China, Dubai Middle East, New York, San Francisco and London. Her mother tongue is German, and she also speaks English, French and Spanish.
