Sue is an Ashridge Associate and leading the Complex Projects Action Research Consortium. A leadership and change consultant for over twenty years, Sue has worked with public, private and not-for-profit organisations in the UK and internationally, coaching top teams, assisting partnerships to work more effectively across boundaries, building leadership and change capability within and across organisations, from the front line to Boards. The range and variety of organisations with whom Sue has worked has given her a deep insight into the systemic patterns and relationships at play in organisations - in national and local government, health, environment, defence, criminal justice, education, professional and financial services, retail, IT, communications and not-for-profit and social enterprises.
Sue specialises in developing leadership and change capability in complex social systems, with people, organisations and communities. She uses a range of large and small group processes, such as Whole Systems Development and Action Learning, team and executive coaching, to help people, teams, organisations and enterprises make practical and tangible progress on their tough problems.
