Sophy Pern

BA (Hons), MSc

Sophy Pern works with clients on a range of issues including leadership development, facilitating strategy engagement, action learning, HR strategy and talent management. She has an international background in HR and OD and as an external consultant across a range of industries. She co-leads the Ashridge practice group on Talent Management.

Clients include ST-Ericsson, the Civil Service, Sanofi, Unilever, Lafarge, Standard Bank and The John Lewis Partnership. Sophy enjoys helping her clients to identify ways in which they can be effective as individuals and as part of the broader organisation. Her work has focused on leadership development, facilitating strategy engagement, Action Learning, HR strategy and talent management. Her consulting practice draws on complexity theory, Gestalt, and Appreciative Inquiry.

Sophy holds the Ashridge Masters in Organisation Consulting with Distinction, as well as a Law degree from Cambridge. She is qualified in a range of psychometric tools has a strong interest in action research and Gestalt.
