Sally Hulks

BA (Hons), MSc, FCIPD

Sally Hulks is an organisation consultant, focusing on change management and leadership development. With some twenty years’ experience in leadership roles, Sally brings her own practical insight to her approach to consulting. She has worked both internationally and within the UK with clients including: PWC, Unilever, Credit Suisse, British Airways, Pfizer and UK universities.

Prior to joining Ashridge, Sally worked as Director of Change, UK Civil Service, where she created an internal consultancy for government departments, specialising in culture change. Sally previously held Director roles at KPMG (Europe) and BBC (Radio). Her early career was in retail management.

Sally holds a degree in French from Southampton University, Master degrees in Organisational Psychology and Organisational Consulting from Birkbeck College, London and Ashridge respectively. She is also a Fellow, Institute of Personnel Development and is an accredited coach and licensed to use a range of psychometric tests.
