Rory Hendrikz is the Ashridge Middle East Director. Rory has a combination of international corporate and consulting experience, with a valuable understanding of the Gulf Region business environment.
Rory has a sum of 25 years international business, consulting and executive coaching experience. His particular interest is working with senior executives and organisations on leadership, strategy and change where his work received a silver class award at the Management Consulting Awards (UK).
Prior to returning to the UAE as the Ashridge Middle East Director, Rory was a Business Director at Ashridge, leading global senior leadership development and executive coaching interventions. His career has evolved from a corporate background, having been on the regional board of Johnson & Johnson (Middle East) and has held a number management positions in the UK and South Africa.
Rory has a MBA, during which time he led a project team for the globalisation of GlaxoSmithKline’s nutritional healthcare division and he also holds an MSc in Organisation Consulting and Change, where he researched into effective learning processes for senior leaders.
