Rachel is Product Manager for experiential learning at Ashridge. This role involves exploring the use of experiential learning on a wide range of different programs to ensure that we bring learning to life and that it is relevant and memorable for our participants.
Working across Ashridge on Open, Custom and Degree programs, Rachel assists in providing a wide range of different exercises, focusing on areas such as leadership, communication, creativity, change and team work.
When using psychometrics, theory or different learning models, experiential learning can be a valuable addition to any program, to assist participants in their development experience. Rachel’s knowledge enables the tools to be customized to ensure that they ‘fit’ well in a program.
Rachel is also trained in a number of different psychometrics including SDI, MBTI & FIRO-B.
