Rachel manages the Experiential Learning department at Ashridge. Her role involves her working with a wide selection of different organisations, both at Ashridge and abroad. Working as part of a number of the programmes at Ashridge, Rachel uses a wide range of different exercises to focus on areas such as leadership, communication, creativity and team work.
She is experienced at providing a wide range of experiential learning events, tailored to suit varying client needs. Whether working on a conference or a longer programme, finding the right experiential exercise can really help bring a session to life. Rachel’s knowledge of a number of psychometric instruments enables participants to really see the value of learning experientially.
