Philip Sadler

CBE, BA, FCIPD

Philip graduated from the London School of Economics with first class honours. After 10 years in the UK scientific civil service he joined Ashridge as Director of Research, subsequently becoming Chief Executive, a position he held for twenty years. He is currently Vice President of the School.

During that time he was active in the European Foundation for Management Development, including holding the office of vice-president. He has held a number of non-executive board posts in industry and has acted as a trustee of several charities.
