Philip Glanfield

Philip Glanfield is an Organisation Consultant and Coach. At the heart of his work is the idea that we change the world one conversation at a time. When taken seriously this simple idea becomes powerful as every encounter matters. Phil works with individuals, senior teams and whole organisations in the public and commercial sectors.

Before working with Ashridge, Phil held various senior management positions and internal consulting roles. He was a Director in a large University Hospital and led a national team that worked with failing NHS organisations.

Phil has a Masters in Organisation Consulting from Ashridge and an MBA from Nottingham University, both with distinction. His first degree was in Theology and he also has a Masters in Social Work which was a necessary qualification for his work as a Probation Officer.
