Maureen Vontz teaches and researches in the fields of organisational change, leadership and strategy. She works with clients across diverse sectors, at all levels of organisations throughout Europe, the US, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Maureen’s clients include the International Committee of the Red Cross, Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Transport for London, Newey & Eyre, LeasePlan, and ThyssenKrupp, amongst others.
Prior to Ashridge, Maureen was a business leader, consultant and executive coach for a range of organisations, including Microsoft, Oracle, KPMG, the NHS, GlaxoSmithKline, Care Quality Commission (CQC), and Salisbury Cathedral.
She holds an MBA, a master’s diploma in change leadership and a Bachelor’s in Journalism. She is completing her doctorate focused on gender equality in management education. She is qualified in MBTI Step I and II, Firo B, SDI, the Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile system and the MSCEIT assessment instrument for emotional intelligence. She is a certified Coach and NLP Master Practitioner.
