Liz Carroll

Liz has been an Ashridge Associate for over fifteen years. She coaches, teaches and consults on leadership, change management and organisational development. She has extensive experience in working across public, private and voluntary sectors, with companies such as the European Central Bank, BBC, Civil Service, NHS, National Grid and Vorwerk. 

Before joining Ashridge, Liz worked across the NHS, facilitating change in primary care, promoting evidence-based medicine and developing clinical audit and professional development courses for primary health care teams. She won a World Health Organisation Fellowship to study health improvement in Iceland. She also worked in the manufacturing and packaging industry developing quality improvement projects.

Liz completed her MBA at Ashridge. She has a Masters in Information Management from the University of Wales and a BSc from Surrey University. She is qualified in the use of several psychometric instruments. Liz is an accredited executive coach and is interested in all aspects of leadership development, including work/life balance, managing change, career planning/transitions, performance management, managing conflict, teambuilding, coaching and developing personal impact.
