Joachim joined Ashridge in 2008 as an associate and has since been supporting large corporates in executive coaching, leadership training and appreciative inquiry based culture change assignments.
Before this Joachim was leading the international business development of a German based consultancy, growing his expertise in designing and running management development processes and executive assessments. In his own practice he specialises in tailor made services balancing competency measurement, employee engagement and corporate credibility.
Based in southern Germany, Joachim has had the opportunity to lead assignments in Russia, Poland, USA, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Egypt, South Africa, Japan and China, gaining experience with a range of cultures and businesses. Current and recent clients include Alstom, BMW, Credit Suisse, Fujitsu Siemens, Hapag-Lloyd, SABIC, T-Systems and TUI.
Joachim is a Chartered organisational psychologist at the University of Constance, he studied music at the AACM San Francisco and is a certified mountain guide.
