Jean Vanhoegaerden

MSc Psy

Jean Vanhoegaerden is a member of the faculty of Ashridge. His responsibilities lie in developing and delivering management development programmes for international clients, where he specialises in international management, organisational change, cross-cultural management and globalisation. His recent research is situated in global mindset and decision making.

Jean has taught executive education programmes in North and Latin America, Europe, South Africa, Australia and the Middle and Far East. He is a frequent speaker at conferences around topics such as leadership, change and cross-cultural differences.

Before joining Ashridge, Jean worked in HR and management development at Honeywell’s European HQ where he was responsible for the development and design of management development programmes.

Jean has a Masters degree in Organisational and Personnel Psychology and has studied at Thunderbird, Harvard and Tuck School of Business.
