Helen works as a Research Analyst, providing support for the Ashridge Research Team. Her role includes supporting data analysis and questionnaire design for researchers, Ashridge faculty and consultants. She assists with the development of psychometrics tools, and provides guidance and advice for MBA students building online questionnaires. Helen also assists with the co-ordination of research conferences.
Helen supports a number of research projects on variety of topics such as coaching behaviours, organisational politics, different generations in the workplace, and programme evaluation. Previous research projects she has supported include women in leadership, the Ashridge Management Index, senior managers’ views on risk, and the effects of meditation on sleep and wellbeing. Helen has an honours degree in Psychology.
