Greg Orme is a Business Development Adjunct at Ashridge. He brings an energetic blend of passion, rigour and deep experience to his client engagements: working with senior executives to manage organisational change, develop inspiring leadership and achieve transformational results.
His specialisms include: working with leadership teams to engage in challenging conversations, and to take decisive action; the design and delivery of leadership development programmes which focus on authentic leadership, effective collaboration and personal as well as team performance; and leadership in sectors relying on organisational cultures which encourage risk-taking, creativity and innovation.
Greg has worked across the telecoms, finance, higher education, recruitment and public and charitable sectors. He also has a deep specialism and track record working within the creative, media and marketing industries.
Before joining Ashridge Greg was the founding CEO of the Centre for Creative Business at London Business School. Previously he was a senior TV journalist with ITV and BBC.
