Emma Bradbury

As Research Manager Emma focuses on optimising the use and communication of Ashridge research both within and outside the organisation. She also has responsibility for management of Ashridge's Research Office and its activities which include data analysis, psychometric validation, market research and programme evaluation.  Emma joined Ashridge in 2008 from market research consultancy BDRC Continental where she was a Research Director.
