Berit has extensive experience in HRD, Leadership and Organisational Development. She has had 14 years experience with Danfoss in various HRD roles, and during the last four years she was Senior Director in Danfoss Global HR heading the Organisational Development & Change team. Prior to joining Danfoss she spent 12 years in HR and leadership roles in international aid and development NGOs; which amongst other places led her to Nepal for 4 years.
Recently she has established herself as an independent consultant focusing on strategic leadership, change, and organisational development. Her particular interest lies in enabling change processes in organisations. Typically through a combination of coaching of leaders and through processes which engage wider groups of people, drawing on the collective intelligence to come up with constructive and innovative responses to challenges, thus furthering ownership and determination to make plans happen.
