Anna Duckworth

MA, D. Phys, C.Phys, MAPM, MABNLP, MICF

Anna is Director of Duckworth Coaching Associates, and is a qualified and experienced executive coach working directly with business leaders in a variety of well-known companies across the UK. With a background in science and engineering, she has over twenty years of experience working within industry and has been coaching professionally at a senior level since 2001. She has also worked since 2003 as a faculty coach-mentor with The OCM Group Ltd, delivering individual and in-company coaching qualifications.

Having worked in physics research, remote high technology engineering, project & programme management and organisational change management, Anna developed a passion for coaching through observing directly over many years the difference that can be made when people are highly motivated and working well together. She qualified as a professional coach in 2002, holds an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring and is also a trained coaching supervisor. She is qualified in the use of NLP, Transactional Analysis, MBTI and uses a diversity of models and techniques in her work. She is a member of the International Coach Federation.
