Angelita Orbea

BSc, Com Eng, MBA/MBI, MSc

Angelita Orbea is a member of Faculty at Ashridge where she delivers leadership development programmes for organisations in different cultural contexts. These projects include action learning and executive coaching at both middle management and boardroom level.

Angelita focuses on supporting individuals and organisations that are embarking on significant change to their business. Her role is in supporting individuals and teams in increasing awareness of their current strengths, usual patterns and opportunities, and then to consciously shift their habitual responses and mind-sets in order to achieve sustainable business success.

Following a business career in a variety of roles in the FMCG and the service sectors, Angelita moved to working as a facilitator, consultant and coach for a range of international clients, including Nokia, ThyssenKrupp, Fujitsu Siemens, Schenker, Lufthansa, UNAIDS and WHO.

Born in Ecuador, Angelita is fluent in Spanish and English and has a good knowledge of German and Italian. She holds degrees in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration and Business Accounting and has gained an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and an MSc in Organisation Consulting from Ashridge.
