Angela Muir

BA (Hons), MSc, LAMg, FRSA, FA&B

Angela is a Client Director and Programme Director at Ashridge. As a business psychologist, leadership tutor, researcher and coach, she designs and delivers learning interventions designed to effect behaviour change at an individual and organisational level. She has a particular interest in leadership skills and behaviours, particularly impact and impression management, effective communication, influencing and negotiation, and performance under pressure. Angela is a qualified psychometric assessor and feedback-giver in a range of instruments.

At Ashridge, Angela is Client Director for the Cabinet Office (Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit), the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, The Clore Leadership Programme, The City of London Corporation, and InterContinental Hotels. Other recent clients include the MoD, Fullers Smith & Turner, Kuoni, Tate Britain and The Bank of England.

With a background in the creative and cultural industries, before joining Ashridge Angela spent several years working internationally as a theatre producer and arts consultant before becoming a management consultant, trainer and coach.
