Andreas is a facilitator and consultant who focuses on the areas of leadership education, organisational learning and change. He works with teams and groups at all levels, and across organisational hierarchies and boundaries. He has worked with teams and leaders in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the USA. Client companies have included those in the pharmaceutical, oil and gas, financial services and broadcasting industries.
Before Ashridge, Andreas was employed in market research as an executive in consumer and social research; in the UK secondary education sector as a head of department and national curriculum development project adviser; and as a senior internal OD consultant for the BP Group.
Andreas has a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia, and a PGCE from UCL Institute of Education. He is a member of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioural Science, and on the Board of ODN Europe. He is trained and accredited in MBTI® and Firo-B®.
