Alex specialises in helping client organisations gain significant performance improvement in complex manufacturing, supply chain and project management operations. With over seventeen years consulting experience his hands on approach has helped leadership teams to address the challenging issues that prevent them from delivering their objectives. He has worked in sectors including aerospace and defence, oil and gas, automotive, electronics, industrial systems, consumer goods, food, telecoms, media, healthcare and financial services.
Alex has considerable experience of leading leadership development programmes and has a particular interest in how leadership practice and organisation improvement methodology can be combined to create powerful solutions. He has gained extensive experience in North America, China, Australia and throughout Europe.
Alex gained a BSc (Hons) in Politics at the University of Plymouth and an Executive MBA at Ashridge. He is an expert in the Theory of Constraints and he was previously a full time member of staff at Ashridge Consulting and a visiting lecturer at Nottingham Trent University.
