How to develop your adaptability and personal resilience
How to work with organizations as complex adaptive (living) systems and inter-dependent value chains to unleash the potential of your people
Enhancing self-awareness and self-management by exploring issues like purpose, legacy, and sub-conscious limiting behavior
Applying three emerging leadership intelligences: ego intelligence, eco intelligence and intuitive wisdom intelligence
Mindfulness practice as an enabling capacity

This course will develop your agility as a leader and build upon your strategic thinking. You will learn how to manage increased responsibility and design effective action plans to achieve both personal and organizational goals.
Before arriving, you’ll complete two psychometric evaluations as well as an assessment of your leadership. These exercises also collect feedback from your peers and managers and allow us to combine business theory with your personal and organizational input to maximize the relevance and impact of the course.
From over 30 years of practice in experiential learning rooted in our own research, you’ll learn through experiences and activities designed to push you out of your comfort zone in a safe setting, which is when our neuroscience research indicates learning sticks best.
You’ll work with a personal coach during and after the residential module. They will help you identify your goals at the outset and assess how your perspective has shifted afterwards. Together, you’ll create a leadership development plan for your continued growth at work, which will detail a specific challenge you’re facing in the workplace. Post-course, you’ll complete a final project related to this challenge, and earn a Certificate of Application as a result
