Why learn with us?
On this program, you will learn to sharpen your expertise across the operational areas of your job and to better deliver results within your organization.
To start, you’ll complete a proprietary online self-evaluation and your course will be personalized to your individual results. Our custom algorithm will intelligently translate your data into a program optimized for you. You can, of course, make alterations, although we advise participants to follow the recommendations.
Our goal is for your learning to positively impact your organization. That’s why, before arriving, you’ll complete an employer learning contract with your manager to define your desired learning outcome and its intended impact on the business. You will also complete a 360 AIMS questionnaire and discuss the results with your individual PDP coach in two 90-minute sessions.
Throughout the program, you’ll step out of the classroom to put theories into action with simulations and creative workshops. After the course ends, in addition to your final session with your coach, you will benefit from six months of access to our online learning portal.
The program runs for a minimum of 14 days and is to be completed within two years of the start date. Personalized to your needs, you’ll study over a series of two- to five-day periods, for a total of up to 21 days. This multi-modular design allows you to apply your education back at the o ce and then return to class to review your progress.
