Offers of admission are made on a rolling basis, in line with the next available start date. Please be aware that it is not possible to admit participants the programme once it has started so we advise you to apply early to avoid disappointment.

As part of the application process, you should provide electronic or physical copies of all degree and professional certificates that are referenced in your application form.

Attending taster events and/or webinars

In order to help you decide if this is the right programme for you, and Ashridge is the best place for you to study, we would strongly recommend that you attend a webinar or an Ashridge Event before you complete your application. Participant profile

The programme has been designed for participants with significant work experience rather than recent graduates. Reasons for joining the programme at Ashridge vary.

Other entry criteria

  • First degree or equivalent or significant professional experience without an undergraduate degree
  • Ideally you will have a degree which was taught and assessed in English and/or significant professional experience of using spoken and written English. You may be asked to satisfy IELTS/TOEFL standards (minimum spoken and written scores of IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL IBT 100 or Pearson Test of English Academic 60).
  • The programme is anchored in practice and you will be expected to reflect on and explore activities in your organisation, community or professional activities between workshops. You will need to demonstrate that you will be able to find opportunities for this exploration to take place.

This is a highly participative programme. You will need to be willing to share your experiences with others and to be open to feedback from both tutors and your fellow participants on the programme.
