Ashridge Degree Apprenticeships

Ashridge is on the Register of Approved Training Providers (RoATP Provider number 307646) to deliver the Chartered Manager and Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeships (levels 6 and 7). 

Ashridge has always been at the forefront of leadership and management research and education, applying a practical approach to pedagogy and emphasizing the relevance of work-based learning while building links between academia and business. 

1. Bachelors in Business & Management (Level 6)*

About this program: This leadership and management programme is designed to prepare mid-level managers to become senior leaders. Participants will gain a BSc in Business & Management degree from a triple-accredited business school, as well as Chartered Manager Status through the Chartered Management Institute.

Course content: The programme covers personal leadership, team management and provides participants with a holistic understanding of business so that they are equipped to add value across your organisation.

Length: 3 years, starting in 2018

2. Masters in Leadership (Level 7)*

About this program: This highly practical Masters level programme is aimed at accelerating the progression of senior leaders. Building on 35 years’ experience of running one of the world's leading MBA programmes, this degree prepares participants for strategic management and leadership roles. Participants will gain a MSc in Leadership degree from a triple-accredited business school.

Course content: This course covers a mixture of strategy, change management, finance and leadership, including the development of collaborative relationships. 

Length: 2 years, starting in 2018

Courses will be delivered through a flexible blend of virtual classes and face-to-face workshops at our historic Ashridge Estate campus, which sits on 190 acres of opulent gardens and woodlands. Ashridge will also provide the option of customized modules for those clients, who wish to develop the management and leadership skills of entire cohorts of employees. This ensures that programme content is relevant to the context of your industry and the culture of your organisation, with the possibility of in-house teaching at your organisation.
