We could not have achieved what we did without Ashridge. They brought a process and a wide range of models and tools; they brought discipline and kept us to the process, kept our energy high and ensured that everyone remained engaged. They brought a high level of objectivity. However, it really is our strategy - not Ashridge's!

I was excited to be working with an external partner who was genuinely willing to push the boundaries and attempt something ambitious and innovative. Their willingness to work closely with the in-house learning team and other internal experts and partners was critical to our choice of Ashridge Consulting.

The programme is a fantastic experience. It's expanded my personal horizons, gave me the confidence to change and new reasons to come to the office every day. It is also an experience that connected all participants, and I am sure will automatically connect us with previous and future participants. There is an Ashridge fraternity emerging!

People experienced working together in ways that they had not experienced before - it felt bold and fresh, completely in line with the brand values we're aspiring towards. They worked together in open, equal ways across the company regardless of role or status.

Through this programme, we have offered an opportunity to grow better leaders who act more as mentors for their colleagues and staff and who entertain better client interactions because of this journey. Individuals benefit, the business benefits from a surge in energy and the learning experience helps partners to build bridges with the younger generation coming through the firm.

The approach taken by Ashridge was not what we were used to in Cairn Energy. Without a project management framework's timelines etc, I must confess that I was outside my comfort zone. However, in partnership, we got to the end goal. By 'partnership' I mean that it felt that the consultants were like a part of the internal team.

By far the most thought-provoking, emotionally challenging and inspiring experience - personal and career goals were reshaped and are being actioned. I am feeling re-energized and have a refreshed sense of purpose.
