Ashridge Business School’s Service Excellence Knowledge Sharing Group brings together service organisations from across industry sector boundaries to share best practice and enable networking and knowledge sharing. Targeted at senior customer service directors – likely to be at board level.

Facilitated by Ashridge Business School and the service excellence specialists, The Stairway Consultancy Ltd, the knowledge sharing group offers:



Three knowledge sharing workshops a year

with up to three delegates per member. Topics for the knowledge sharing events are agreed by the members and will include case studies, expert presentations, research reports, facilitated discussion and action learning sets.



White papers

on the latest theories and innovations in service excellence.



Written case studies

from best practice service organisations.



Annual research topic

One major piece of research is undertaken on behalf of the members once a year. Research topics are formulated by the members each year to respond to hot issues in service excellence and deliver actionable advice.

Investment

Corporate membership for the year’s programme is £4,950 for up to three members per organisation.
