Welcome to Ashridge Psychometric Services

The Ashridge Psychometric Services Department provides a service of psychometric instrument and test information, administration, scoring, accreditation training and research on all the psychometric instruments used by participants on Ashridge's open and customised programmes.

The department can provide psychometric instruments and the related scoring and feedback or coaching sessions to organisations that want to use psychometric instruments for one-to-one development sessions with their employees in their own offices on an ad hoc basis.

The Ashridge Psychometric Services Department is also very happy to act as an administration service and supply psychometric instruments and related scoring and report production services to those clients who have their own accredited feedback staff.

In addition to the above services, the department can provide individual 360° feedback to participants to enable them to direct their learning experiences and development using Ashridge's own 360° feedback instrument (the Ashridge Inventory of Management Skills) together with other personality and trait questionnaires on a one-to-one feedback session with one of Ashridge's accredited feedback givers or coaches.
