BDRC Continental VenueVerdict is a client satisfaction measurement system used widely in the UK conference venue and hotel industry, enabling venues to both manage feedback from clients and to benchmark their own performance against other providers. The Highly Commended Accreditation is awarded when a venue has achieved a consistent Net Promoter Score of over 60% for a 12 month period. It is awarded in order to highlight a venue's ability to deliver consistently outstanding customer experiences.
