Eve Poole BA(Hons), MBA

Eve Poole

Eve is Deputy Director of the Ashridge Public Leadership Centre, having joined Ashridge in 2002. She teaches across the Ashridge portfolio of open and tailored programmes and in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Eve's focus is on leadership, emotional intelligence, personal development and ethics. Eve was the architect of the Ashridge Future Leaders Experience and remains interested in how to accelerate learning. She teaches ethics on the MBA Business and Society module and is finishing a PhD at Cambridge University in capitalism and theology which connects with her interest in workplace spirituality.
